Today seems to be a trend to have one church with multiple sites.  The way this works is that there is one preaching pastor and several, in some cases, as much as 10, different locations.  Each location meets regularly each week, sing the songs, have their announcements and their special music, and then, at a specified time, the preaching is live-streamed from another location.  This has always been puzzling to me and recently, I read an article published by Mark9 ministries.  This article made so much sense to me, that I have decided to re-print it here, word for word.  It is written by Jonathan Leeman, the Editorial Director of 9Marks, and an elder at Capitol Hill Baptist Church in Washington, D. C. You can find him on Twitter at @JonathanDLeeman
